Tahmoor Chamber of Commerce and Picton Chamber of Commerce will unite on common issues for businesses within the Wollondilly Shire. Co-operation between the two chambers will effectively strengthen the voice of business and the community.

"We hope that other chambers in the Wollondilly will also join us. This is just the start", said President of the Tahmoor Chamber of Commerce, Jacquelyn Dixon. " The chambers will remain as seperate entities and still address their own local issues, but will periodically come together to tackle issues that affect us all."

Collaboration between chambers will also provide scope for professional development, business events, business information sessions and networking opportunities for members.

"This new level of co-operation between chambers is very exciting, it is just another great reason to join your local chamber", said Jacquelyn Dixon.
